We cannot provide refunds for orders that have already been delivered and accepted by the customer. However, if you feel your order does not match the product specifications, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours so we can assist you.
Cancellation Policy
Nurserylive aims to accommodate customer requests as much as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation requests will be considered if submitted within 24 hours of order placement, unless the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants for fulfillment.
- Same Day Delivery orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Orders for special seasonal promotions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day cannot be cancelled due to limited availability.
- For damaged or defective items, please contact our Customer Service team within 1 day of delivery so we can inspect the products and assist you.
- If a product appears different than described on our site or does not meet your expectations, please reach out to Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can review your complaint and take appropriate action.
